As an spotfire web player administrator we would like a perform\control these desired features listed below:

Requested features from customer:
1) It does not appear that we can add a logo to the header or footer - is there a way to do that?
2) For the Date Time option that we can print in the header/footer - do we have any control over the formatting of that? For example we would prefer 10-Oct-2014 format.
3) Is there a way to force what the header and footer is for ALL reports - such that the user has no choice? In the webplayer we would like to force that ALL pdf exports have the same consistent header and footer.
