Add image/custom HTML to header/footer when exporting PDF Merged

> Currently when exporting PDF only 3 header/footer strings are allowed.

*Requested*
> Desired behavior is to have customizable HTML header and footer (e.g. webplayer header).
> Customer would like to be able to control the layout and content of the header and footer. This should include images, background color, etc.

    MIA Solutions has the tool called "MIA Template Exporter" that allows extended exporting (ppt, html, pdf) - via creating own document templates enriched with charts/tables/properties/etc. from Spotfire + a lot of functionality in addition for automation services - like "report bursting".

    In next release of the exporting plugin we will support increasing/decreasing fontsizes in the charts.

    Cadeon Inc. has a custom extension developed for better HTML and PDF printing out of Spotfire. Please refer to the following link: https://exchange.ai/downloads/spotfire-print-to-pdf/ We're happy to schedule a demo to show the capabilities of this extension. The extension supports customizable HTML headers and footers.
