Organize Markings (Move up or down)

In the Document Properties under Markings new Markings are added in chronological order.  You are unable to move the list to better group them later on.  This gets complicated as you build large dashboards or analysis.  Another problem is as you deselect a Marking to limit a visualization by the window of available markings resets back to the top, so you have to scroll back down to see Markings you added later on.
