Allow markings to be reordered in the Document Properties window

I would like to be able to reorder the list of markings in the Document Properties window.  This way, if I make a marking at a later date that should be grouped with an earlier marking I've made, I can reorder these to be closer to each other in the marking list.  This would make it easier to limit a visualization by both of those markings.
