Reverse sort order for integer/real columns

I can't believe I still can't reverse the sort order of an integer or real column in column properties. If I use an integer as a header in a cross table, I'm forced to use the default ascending sort order, there's no way to change that. My users frequently demand a descending sort order because they like to see high concentration --> low concentration.  I thought for sure V7.5+ had fixed this issue with all the new column settings in the data tab, but nope, still not available.

Just updated to v7.9, and I still can't do this. It's been years.

This really is fundamental stuff, the same for dates as well.

Almost forgot...please ensure that the sort order is also honored in document properties or provide the ability to choose the sort order we want.

I agree.  This really needs to be made available as soon as possible.  My users, when filtering based on something like year, don't want to see the oldest year at the top of the list, they want to see the most recent year.

Tibco, please provide us with this basic operation.
