Add Legal printing format when exporting to PDF

The Legal format is not offered with the page layout options with the Letter format and all the A format sizes. This would be great to have this option and does not seem like to much work.

    Legal format is available in Spotfire 7.10 and later, in the new Export to PDF.

    Legal and Ledger would be ideal.
