Visualization as tooltip

Wouldn't it be great if - for a tooltip option - you could specify a separate visualisation to appear over the mouse pointer which is a drill down visualisation related to the item in question.

      Infomatix (now called as EPAM) already do that, so I think that the effort to do the same as native feature would be great: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUB8TI52FKI

      Would be great to have.  Ie.  Hover over a bar and the tooltip shows an embed visualization such as a a line chart trend.  Some competitor products have recently come out with this feature.

      this would be great for like a bullet graph or other simple plot; it would be an extension of detailed visualization

    Double-click on a chart element and launch an undocked new chart with details (eg underlying data details for inspection)

    Usually I have 2 types of pages : eg a chart at the top and a "show detail" visualization underneath, usually as a data table. The other type is with multiple charts - but then there is no room for such an "inspection" visualization. In such cases...

    Have Details Visualizations hidden until something is selected in the master visualization.

    When something is selected the details can pop-up freeing up some real-estate that is currently lost in the Details Visualization area when nothing is selected.
