Add library search functionality for save/export to library dialogue

Navigating to the right folder in the library to save an analysis or export data can involve many clicks. It would be nice if the library search available in the load dialogue would be available to search for folders/analysis or data files

    The whole navigation of the Library could do with an overhaul.
