Fully Editable Data Tables

One is able to go through a wide variety of steps to build a data table.  These include:  choosing data sources, insert rows, columns, transformations, adding source of file column (during insert rows) etc etc...  They should all be editable!  Sometimes we make mistakes in the process, and many of the steps are not editable.  So, you have to build it all over again.  This idea is to make EVERYTHING editable.  There have been other ideas asking for specific aspects to be editable, but I say go big!   Attached are screenshots of things that are currently not editable.
