Enable stacked bar visualization to show percentage values for all datasets of a bar Merged

Currently, with stacked bar visualization, when the data set is too small (becomes a very thin bar), the percentage value fails to display no matter how I mark the bar. I would like to ask for enhancement to allow percentage values to be shown for any section of a stacked bar, I believe same thing applies to a pie chart as well mostly due to insufficient area to display text.
