Name of exported Excel from Table/Cross table View should always be unique by adding a time stamp to the view name

Right now an excel export from Table view from a dashboard always ends up with same name as of the spotfire dxp.  If a business users tries to download multiple files then he/she has to save the first file with a different name and then only he can open the new export. A time stamp addition to the exported file to local will ease the usage for business users.
