Replacing a file for an information link from the Data Panel does not prompt Match Columns dialog

I am using Spotfire version 7.12.  I ran into a scenario where I needed to replace a spreadsheet with an information link.  The columns in the spreadsheet are named and cased differently than the information link.  I expected that when I replaced the data source via the Data Panel, I would get the Match Columns dialog but this doesn't happen, and it should.

Support informed me that the match columns dialog only works for replacing the entire data table, not for replacing an individual source within the data canvas. I second this idea; we really need to be able to rematch columns when replacing any step along the way. Without this ability, when we have a canvas with many joins, we have to re-do everything if column names have changed.

Hi Julie, I just tested this in 10.x and I do get the Match Columns dialog. Is this still an issue on your side?
