Add ability to hide refresh arrows in title bar

I have had several users request the ability to hide the "refresh arrows" that appear in a title bar when using on demand data or data functions.  In these use cases, the author of the project has put the refresh capability into a button, and they don't want those refresh icons to appear at all.
