Option for a banner across a page for page title

For dashboards, it is a good practice to feature a prominent title across the top of the page (such as the example in attached file). This is done using a text area today. Text areas can be hard to style, it’s impossible to find out what background color is used and it’s hard to achieve consistency of the text area’s height over several pages.

It’d be nice to:

• Give users a configuration option to the page to

o Toggle if they want to have a Title bar o Specify the text in the title bar

o The styling of the title bar should be controllable from the Custom Theme interface (e.g. background color, font, font color font size, title bar dimensions etc.)

o The title bar should be customizable, in case users would like to add things to it (e.g. hyperlinks, text etc.)
