Make the Information Link Prompts as a shopping cart to see selected values separately from available values

The prompts on the Information links have no search function (Issue in itself). When selections are then made from a long list, it is not easy to see what items were selected, even though they are highlighted. If I have to select 10 from a list of 1000, it can be hard to see

Request is to have the IL Prompts as a shopping cart with the available selections on left and chosen values on the right.

Ideally all prompts would be on page and seen together and allow definition as to if they are ANDed or ORed together.
Should be able to add a HINT to the prompt to instruct users on actions.

There should be an optional summary page to confirm the submission at the end or better would be to allow IL prompts to be inserted into a text area like column filters.
