I believe this will help with auditing and re-authoring.

In the attached example, I have taken a random sample of a data set. It requires 3 transformations. Would be nice to comment this whole transform as "Random Sample"

    We have the same need.
    Identify a more technical detailed information (instead of the generic one) on each transformation or transformation block.

    Jose, a similar idea is TS-I-5682, titled "Ability to copy/edit Data Source Information steps to another spotfire report with same data tables". You might want to go vote for that one, it has more traction currently!

    Save these transformations on the library would also be useful

    This would be very useful, even just to be able to name the transformation something more specific than "Calculate and replace column" so that when you have 20 transformations in a row you don't have to click through all of them to find the one you want.
