Add Note/Description for Data Transformations Merged

It would be very useful to be able to add a few words as a note/description for a data transformation, and have this note viewable in the list of transformations that have been applied to a data table. This would help to allow an analyst to quickly open the correct transformation.

Some of the transformations, like "Replace value" provide useful detail alongside it in the list (at least once you open the set of transformations with the gear icon) to quickly identify what is occurring in the transformation.

But currently for most transformation types, if you add a series of transformations to a data table, you end up with a list like below, and if you want to review/modify one of them you might need to open all of them to find the transformation you're looking for.
