allow specify postgres port in create_databases.bat/.sh

Glad to see spotfire finally supports postgresql as repository database.

However there is no option by default to specify db port, although postgresql may not being using default port 5432.

Hope it can be added in next release.

    It's not difficult to modify create_databases.bat/.sh to specify port though.

    Hope product can provide it by default.
