Currently this is impossible, whilst I would expect this would be basic functionality.
When choosing "All pages" in the Export what setting, it is not possible to enable the "Trellis panels and table rows not visible on screen". As result the table is only limited to one page, and not all rows are visible.
When choosing "All pages (new page for each visualization)", it is possible to enable the "Trellis panels and table rows not visible on screen", but then the multiple visualizations are not on one page anymore.
We are facing this issue in 7.11, but Prashant Ajjannavar already replicated the issue also in 11.0.

Implemented in | 7.12 |
The prepared report feature introduced with Spotfire 7.12 enabled to configure and save settings for how to export a report to PDF and allow to select a table as content as export the full or filtered table.
Hello Frank,
The prepared report capability was introduced in Spotfire 7.12.
Hello Arnaud,
Thanks for your response.
This is probably not available in Spotfire 7.11?
From which version is this available?
Thanks.
Hello Frank,
Export to PDF where one page has multiple visualizations and another page has a table that doesn't fit on one page.
This is possible by creating a prepared report. When selecting what to export, choose Prepared report and click New. From their, you can add the table to the selected content and export the entire table.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if this works for you.
