Allow more than 3 columns added to format the entire header row

More than 3 columns in a cross table does not allow for all the columns to be formatted for all headers. All column headers can be formatted for the first three - Image_001.jpg, Image_002.jpg, and Image_003.jpg.

Once you go to the 4th column in a cross table, the header formatting only allows for 1 column header to be formatted - the 'style this header individually' is force checked (Image_004.jpg), and you have to format each header individually (Image_005.jpg). Would like more than 3 added to have the same formatting functionality as the first three columns added.
