Columns at the most left/right of cross-table have the option of getting styled as a whole or individually; the check box "Style this individually" can be turned on/off.
However, columns in the middle don't seem to have this option; the check box "Style this individually" is default to on and can't be turned off (refer to attached).
The goal is to be able to be able to set column display settings as a whole column, not just by individual cell - e.g., align all numeric columns and left-align text columns.
