Highest and lowest value labels are not visible at certain zoom level Merged

When there are 10+ values to display, not all the labels are visible. Example: For the user it could appear that on the below chart iPhone XS Max has the highest value.

While in reality, when zooming in, it turns out that iPhone XS Max is only the 4th on the list.

Is it possible to configure that the highest and lowest data labels would always be visible? (Since most likely these will be the ones users want to work with.)
