Sorted Bar chart not showing Highest value Category axis item on top

To reproduce this scenario

1.create a Horizontal bar chart 

2.Assumed there are 200 category axis element and we are giving Slider Zoom functionality.

AS no of element are high some of them are squeezed and their name are not visible.

 

Now the biggest issues is that Highest and Lowest value Element must be visible  so that in a glance user able to understand Top and bottom one.

    Highest and lowest value labels are not visible at certain zoom level
