Customer reported this to me, I am able to reproduce on my end.
Please confirm and fix if possible.
On a combination chart with dual scales enabled, the right side scale labels are shown as 0 0 1 1 2 2 3 3 4, with duplicated 0 1 2 3 which are unnecessary and confusing. Customer wants to make it shown as 0 1 2 3 4, without any duplications.
