add option to not aggregate data Merged

I need to draw a contour chart for all data passed from Spotfire, since mod's data is always aggregated so duplicated values are missed hence the chart is incorrect.

Data is aggregated even when allowNonAggregatingMeasures is set to true.

Please add option to not aggreate data.

This is a duplicate of Read the whole data table from the Mods API.

Worth noting is that the number of collapsed duplicate rows when allowNonAggregatingMeasures is used can be found by adding an extra axis with "count()" as its expression.
