add option to not aggregate data Merged

I need to draw a contour chart for all data passed from Spotfire, since mod's data is always aggregated so duplicated values are missed hence the chart is incorrect.

Data is aggregated even when allowNonAggregatingMeasures is set to true.


Please add option to not aggreate data.
