Related to Idea-46, but for parameterized Information Link.
#### Scenario
Currently, there's a pop-up asking for _test value_ for parameter used in Information Link upon loading (see .png).
I realized using Prompts instead on Parameters allow for this, but the purpose of using the latter is precisely to avoid prompt.
Based on this KB, it seems there's a way to set this parameter as optional, but it's not upon review with Tibco Support.

Let the Parameter to be optional or allow value initialization when creating Info Link.
