Open Spotfire dashboards without loading information links in Spotfire Analyst Merged

This is a much needed feature, please. Some dashboards take several minutes to load and we have to wait that long to see the face of the dashboard. Many times I dont need to see the dashboard but just need to the structure and components of it. This is especially crucial when troubleshooting.
