Uncheck of Notification Pop Up in Version 10

Is there any option where we can uncheck notification box by default to all reports and all users in version 10

show defined "properties" in visualization's Properties dialog (visualization mod)

Please consider to show defined "properties" in visualization's Properties dialog (visualization mod) to make it easier to be noticed and configure. It would be better if put axis-related properties in that axis's property page. Thanks.
