Add full path to Document Properties a new field

Since 11.4 the full path is no more available in the Library URL, for some fair reasons. At the same time it would be great if one could see easily where the report sits in the library from the document properties.

Permission to file creator

For dxp files, we should be able to grant 'Browse+Access+Modify' permissions to the file creators as an option, regardless of the permission of folder they belong to.
