BUG - New 10.10 action log entries have missing information.

The create_visualization action is supposed to have a libraryId and path included in the action, but it doesn't. I suspect all the other new actions that relate do not either. They are useless without that information. Can someone please add them ...

When a New user ID is created or Password changed for an existing user, do we have an option of sending an automated email to the end-user via a configured template
