Spotfire connector for TDV to support OICD/OAuth2 authentication

The Spotfire Connector for TDV should support OpenID Connect as authentication option which means you can be automatically logged in to TDV using the token retrieved when logging into Spotfire.

Spotfire's Azure SQL/SQL Server connector should not require access to the Master database

Users that are not allowed to access the Master database in Azure SQL/SQL Server can't use Spotfire SQL Server connector.
