To increase the limit for number of rows to be displayed from an In-db data source(for a table or details on demand) or to provide a feature for end user to control this limit.
Current limit is 10000 to be displayed for a table or details on demand visualization.
Implemented in | 7.8 |
Spotfire 7.8 and later allows administrators to configure the in-database table visualization and details on demand row limit. This is done from the Administration Manager under the Preferences tab > <group> > Application > DataImportPreferences > TableVisualizationExternalRowLimit.
Please implement the same solution for Spotfire Cloud.
Nice & needed feature but we prefer NOT to have end-users control this limit...

Type an integer greater than 0. Default is 10 000.
If the visualized data contains more rows than the specified maximum, only the first rows will be shown. The row order is determined by the sorting in the table visualization.
Note: The preference will also limit data shown in the Details-on-Demand.
