import txt files with fix size columns

Spotfire import txt file with delimiters only, if you have a file with fix columns size you need to transform it before. I know this file format is not traditionnal but when it is needed I use another tool to change the format

Allow a greater number of variables in the Factor Analysis and Principal Components. (max is 4092)
