Show values for an axis in the legend of a visualization mod

Add the ability to show values for an axis in the legend of a visualization mod. This should work in the same way as for the Color axis, where the user can click on the values to mark that selection.

Make dragging a visual to a new tab easier

this is small, but powerful: when you want to drag a visual to a new tab, you have to create a new tab first and then drag the visual to that tab. Why not let the tab be automagically being created when you drag the visual on the '+' sign.
