Functionality to programmatically turn off Request logging for call to procedures

Add ability to configure "Export Visualization" feature on the Spotfire Web Player.

Right now, visualizations automatically export as 800x600. While these can be resized outside of Spotfire, it would be nice to configure them to automatically export to a different size, like 1200x600 or whatever desired.
