Support for Windows 2019 for Spotfire 10.3.x (LTS)

The latest release of Spotfire Server (10.6) supports Windows 2019. However, Spotfire 10.3.x still does not support it, and it's supposed to be an LTS release. We need this so that we can support it for our customers.

Can we have an option to refresh the analysis using a batch process run by command line?

Clients asked for this option. They re need to know how to refresh a view in Analytics Explorer by Command Line. They want to run a batch file at the end of a Month Process that will refresh the Explorer view with fresh data.

Ability to manage existing API clients (revoke access, update keys etc.)

We have the register-api-client command to register clients, but there doesn't appear to be any way to manage a client once it's created. E.g. we can't revoke access, add/remove scopes, or even view a list of registered clients.

Open dashboard directly with Spotfire® Analytics app for iOS

Add an option to create links that may be used to open a given dashboard directly from the iOS app. This is to avoid browsing to a specific dashboard every time you want to share a dashboard.
