Can we have an option to refresh the analysis using a batch process run by command line?

Clients  asked for this option. They re need to know how to refresh a view in Analytics Explorer by Command Line. They  

 want to run a batch file at the end of a Month Process that will refresh the Explorer view with fresh data.
