Maps multi layer selection in feature and marker layer

We need an option to use selection tool in multiple layers at the same time. Currently, the selection is done just in the active layer. Our clients need the option to make active more than one layer.

Delete sample should also have an option for self approval

give text area an accordion effect

rather than relying on jquery to implement an accordion effect, just add a minimize/maximize button to the text area viz so a user could stack text areas and expend or collapse them when needed
