Use both mouse buttons to orient a 3D scatter plot

I believe that in previous versions of Spotifire you were able to hold down both mouse buttons and freely rotate a 3D scatter plot. I'm using 7.6 now and this feature seems to have been removed. I would like this or something similar added back in.
