Force an Expression Function to run on Spotfire Statistics Services using Spotfire Analyst app

Currently when a expression function is created is executed by the built-in TERR engine. The idea would be to be able to select whether to run it locally or on the Spotfire Statistics Services.

Enhancement for grid borders display
