Bring back the ability to paste using the mouse in a multi-line text box

When pasting from the clipboard into a multi-line text box in a text area you used to be able to use the mouse to select when right clicking on if to paste it. Now you need to use CTRL-V to be able to paste from the clipboard.

Upgrade CRAN downloaded packages

Downloaded packages and used in a DXP are attached to the file or to the library. When the package is updated, analyst or any other client, should alert a new version is available and even provide the option to update to the latest version.
