Integrated admin tool or feature for multiple SB instances

To my knowledge, each separate SB instance has its own CLI admin tool. It means when there are multiple instances, customers require to touch multiple CLI admin tools. Can we have a feature that manages multiple SB instances in one place?

    3. Process deployment

    The above are the desired features of the admin tool. It may be great if TEA (Tibco Enterprise Admin) supports SB.
