Disable/unload/purge/restart files from the scheduled updates page

If a scheduled updates file hangs it will occupy one slot until the Web Player has been restarted, which is a bad thing to do during production hours.

Request(s):

1) Make it possible to cancel/restart a load operation for a file that is currently loading, for example by pressing the reload button.
2) Add unload and disable buttons on the scheduled updates page.
