Automatic restart of instances

From time to time, we have cases where instances of our services stop (there is a moment when they lose communication with a server which causes the shutdown).

So if it is the instance of a webplayer all the update schedules that should have run could not run, if it is the instance of the automation service the automation jobs did not run as expected, etc...

We are therefore obliged to restart this instance and wait for the schedules to run which means that the projects have their dashboards available at the end of the morning instead of having them in the morning when they arrive (and for the case of automation jobs we have to wait until the following night for them to run).

In short, we are in the reaction when we should be proactive. When an instance stops there should be something in place so that it tries to restart automatically (every 3 minutes it tries to restart for example).

It would also be a good thing to be able to receive an alert email.
