Set scale label intervals


* In a DecisionSite Client scatter plot, you can set tick intervals(Properties dialog > Axes > Add > Ticks > Interval)

* In a DXP scatter plot, you only have the Max number of scale labels setting
(Properties > Y-axis > Scale labels > Max number of labels)

    I am trying to do this in 11.4 version, I do not see these options for the scatter plot.

     I would like to see real 'Log Scale' Intervals, where the values are expected values seen on a 'Log Scale' instead of the random interval scale.

Add log lines as an option for all possible 2D plots, and give option to lock it at '10,100,1000' scale intervals

Currently it is only possible to select the maximum number of labels on Y axis. I got a request from client to allow to define the distance between labels in Y axis like in Excel.
