To accomodate users with visual impairment, make it possible to switch to large icons in the Spotfire toolbar.

(off) *Current implementation:*
It is common for users with some sort of visual impairment to use the High DPI windows setting. This leads to most text and controls properly scaled up in Spotfire. However, the menu toolbar still contains small icons, as they do not scale up.

(on) *Suggestion:*
A user with a visual impairment would certainly find a toolbar with large icons useful, especially users who finds the text in the menus hard to read. My suggestion is to add an option to switch to large icons in the toolbar; see attached screenshots for simulated views of visual impairment with both (current) small icons and (suggested) large icons.
