Improve Automation Services patch process

The current Automation Services patch process is very manual - I has to manually put updated files in the bin folder and then (manually) edit the .config file. We should try to improve this - automate it. It might make sense to e.g. make it work like the Web Player upgrade process.

    From Spotfire 7.5 it is possible to patch and upgrade Spotfire Automation Services and Spotfire Web Player directly from the central admin UI on the Spotfire Server. See the Updating Services section in the Spotfire Admin Manual for more information.

    In 6.5 this is still the case, but it's good to see that it has been improved in more recent versions. Which version introduced this improvement?
