Add coloring for Axes in CrossTables

Currently you can set the coloring only for cell values in a Cross Table. It would be great to also have the ability to set colors for the horizontal and vertical axes. This could be done by extending the Coloring settings also to these (and not only the cells) or by adding another Label Renderer for horizontal and vertical axes besides Text or Image from a URL.
