Replace all Tooltips with jQuery qTip type look, feel and config

Currently tooltips are difficult to use effectively in Spotfire BUT essential in value adding to the users experience.  If you allowed a user to set up a tooltip with some base options like: hover-over : true/false; follow-mouse: true/false; style-tooltips: either using css OR options for background-color, font size, border, shadow-effect, etc.

Then allow the user to add individual tooltips almost like individual text areas/calculated values where-by the can specify formatting ie. $; numbers, percentages.  You need to be able to allow users to add a link in the tooltip and where hover-over is set to true - users can embed links to documents; other pages or action item control links for triggering other outcomes.

This is a major feature present in Tableau and also something common to simple web apps - please PLEASE fix this one... it is a huge value add!

Here is an example of what Spotfire is competing with in terms of tooltips: https://public.tableau.com/s/gallery/olympic-games-candidates  ... Spotfire is a superior product to the one in this link BUT jee they have awesome tooltip functionality!

We almost went with another product because we use tool tips alot in our other applications and they were/are just terrible as-is.  This would be an amazing enhancement.  Also - please set it up so that there isn't a processing lag with every tool tip as there is in Spotfire 7.0.1 ... the lag drives our users crazy!

Can we have html capability for tooltips and labels please. Obviously you would want to add expressions etc. but wrap html round them.
