Separated installers between server and workstaion

The workstation installer generated by after server installation including workstation installer package ,Workstation  Installer 64 (32) and a ClientSTAT.tem file. Workstation installation have to access to shared folder STATISICA 13 on the server to run setup.exe.  But the strategy is worst for our company situation since most users are not flexible to access different environments for the security consideration, especially, in Production environments.

As our company installation security policy, users have only way get application installers from our intranet webpage, it is only way, and there is not any alternative way. Therefore, setting shared Statistica folder at the sever end and then install workstations doesn't work on the user's machines at the end.

The way I do that I have to copy workstation installer and ClientSTAT.tmp from server end and pass our company software team to post workstations installer to intranet webpage. Beside the way makes upgrade work heavy for our team; but also final users have to be patient for the situation that they have server at 13.3 and workstation is 13.2 for 2 weeks since it spend about two weeks for the software team deal with the request. In addition, after upgrade and install between the server and workstation, there are two icons on a workstation when upgrade done, one is Statistica 13.2 and the other is 13.3 on the workstation. Is it expected case for workstation upgrade?

Is it possible find solution to separate server installer  and workstation installer to make installation and upgrade easier according to our company installation policy,

Thanks

Yan
